Water colored the image and brushed the remaining part with water then dabbed water color
Spread the color by dabbing with bath sponge which I cut into 2.
When dry apply ANY Gel Medium
I used ordinary gauze cloth all over the page
plus in certain areas created dimensions
Covered it with Gel Medium again (any)
then stenciled
You can leave the back ground like this if you like
Or use gelatos and china markers...
For the text area use light background
Finishing touches like stamping ...sewing
